As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate processing across all accounts
Producing monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and reports for senior stakeholders
Preparing year end statements and supporting the external audit process
Maintaining and improving financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Overseeing financial systems, including Xero, and driving continuous improvement
Supporting wider teams with financial guidance to enhance operational effectiveness
As a Finance Manager, your experience will include:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role
A recognised qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, or relevant experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience processing accounts and completing reconciliations
