This includes preparing monthly management accounts, maintaining accurate and timely financial records, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and assisting with the annual budget and audit process. You'll also provide ongoing support to the finance team and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Agincare has an exciting new opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our expanding Finance department in our office in Poole, Dorset.

- Provide ongoing support to members of the finance team, ensuring achievement of the team's targets.
- Record accurate and timely transactions on the accounting system.
- Maintain good working relationships and provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly management accounts for various group companies, including:
- Oversee the closing of the ledgers.
- Prepare and post monthly journals.
- Post accruals/prepayments.
- Update fixed asset registers.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare other detailed reports and workings.
- Assist with the annual budget and audit process.
- Ensure timely submission/completion of all management reporting and regulatory reporting.
We're after a confident, qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with solid experience in management accounting and a sharp eye for both detail and strategy. You'll be fluent in Excel, familiar with ERP systems like Netsuite or SAP, and comfortable presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
