Interim Finance Manager

A well-established manufacturing business based in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a professional Interim Finance Manager to join their team. • Cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• Leading and overseeing month‑end processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate financial planning and analysis.
• Overseeing transactional finance including sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• High level knowledge of transactional finance and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Demonstrable ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Relevant accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
