What will the Financial Controller role involve?

Leading, mentoring and developing a finance team, creating clear structure, accountability and progression
Owning the delivery of accurate and timely monthly and year-end financial reporting
Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making
Strengthening financial controls, ensuring compliance and improving reporting accuracy
Driving process improvements and implementing more efficient systems and workflows
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the business
Managing cash flow, working capital and key banking relationships
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller role

Fully qualified accountant with proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
Demonstrated ability to develop teams and improve finance processes, systems and controls within a growing or changing environment
Commercially aware with strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business
