Financial Controller

Based on-site in impressive and modern offices, you will work closely with senior leadership to elevate finance as a true business partner while supporting ongoing growth and change.

• Leading, mentoring and developing a finance team, creating clear structure, accountability and progression
• Owning the delivery of accurate and timely monthly and year-end financial reporting
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight that supports strategic and operational decision‑making
• Strengthening financial controls, ensuring compliance and improving reporting accuracy
• Driving process improvements and implementing more efficient systems and workflows
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the business
• Managing cash flow, working capital and key banking relationships

• Fully qualified accountant with proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams and improve finance processes, systems and controls within a growing or changing environment
• Commercially aware with strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business
