• Partner with Directors and budget holders to support financial planning and decision-making
• Produce monthly management accounts with clear analysis and insight
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Provide financial modelling, business cases, and scenario analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Translate complex financial information into clear, practical advice for non-finance colleagues
