Agincare is seeking a talented Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team in Poole/Portland. You will manage month-end, produce variance analyses, and deliver insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
You’ll lead and mentor junior staff, collaborate with department heads on budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes. Fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred, with 2–3 years in management accounting.
