Rubicon Recruitment is hiring a Head of Finance and Central Operations in Poole for a senior, hands-on leadership role over finance and operations. You will own the end-to-end function, drive automation, and report directly to the Board with a small in-house team.
The role requires an accountancy qualification or equivalent, with experience in management accounts, budgets, forecasts and P&L reporting, plus payroll and controls. It offers genuine ownership and a clear progression path.
