Financial Planner

Position: Financial Planner , £50,000 – £65,000
This is a financial planning firm where relationships with clients have so closely developed, supporting them feels more like a personal obligation than a professional one. A privately owned wealth management firm built on the principles of holistic, personalised financial planning is looking for a financial planner to join a small, close-knit team and take ownership of an established high-net-worth client bank.

These are clients at a stage of life where continuity, trust and genuine human connection matter as much as technical competence, and the firm's reputation has been built on delivering exactly that. The founder has created something genuinely uncommon — a practice where clients are known as individuals, where their wider lives, families and aspirations shape the advice they receive, and where the adviser-client relationship is one of real and enduring trust.

The next person joining this team will be expected to uphold that standard, and for the right adviser it will feel entirely natural. This is not a business development role. The priority is to serve an existing client base with the depth of care and attention those clients have come to expect. The work spans pensions and retirement planning, investment management, inheritance and tax planning and protection, supported by a team that takes the technical groundwork seriously.

The right candidate will be Diploma qualified as a minimum, with some experience of working with high-net-worth clients in a holistic planning environment. Above all, this is a role for someone for whom financial planning is genuinely about people rather than portfolios.
