The Interim Management Accountant role involves supporting the accounting and finance department by managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial records. This temporary position is key to keeping the business services running smoothly by maintaining financial clarity and compliance.

• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and manage budgets, identifying areas for cost optimisation.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial records are up to date.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of forecasts and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required.

• Strong experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
