- Ideally, experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
- Or, a committed Care Assistant/Carer with a strong track record and the drive to step up—we’ll support your growth every step of the way
- Inspire and guide your team to deliver outstanding person‑centred care
- Support recruitment and development through interviews, supervisions, and mentoring
- Communicate confidently with staff, the people we support, and external professionals
- Keep clear and accurate records using your solid written and IT skills
