Team Leader – £14.49 per hour

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Team Leader to join the team at Figbury Lodge in Canford Health, Poole. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we provide care for.

As a Team Leader, you’ll have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. You will have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing and will have completed or be working towards your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with all those around you, ensuring family and friends feel welcomed, keeping health care professionals well‑informed, and keeping your Line Manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress. You will write up care plans and follow guidelines and policies.

Salary: £14.49 per hour

Working Hours: 18 hours per week

Shift Times: 20:00 – 08:00
