Speech & Language Therapist - Band 5

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Speech & Language Therapist (SALT) to join a specialist provision in Poole, working across two school sites supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The setting provides a nurturing, creative and therapeutic learning environment where pupils are supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

As the Speech & Language Therapist, you will lead and deliver high-quality SALT provision across both primary and secondary phases. You will assess pupils' communication needs, design and implement therapy programmes, and work closely with teachers, therapy assistants and senior leaders to ensure pupils receive the support outlined in their EHCPs.
