About the Role

We are currently recruiting Residential Care Assistants to support a beautiful, newly refurbished residential care home in Broadstone, Poole.

This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, reliable individuals looking for flexible agency work with weekly pay, consistent shifts, and a welcoming environment.

We are happy to consider inexperienced applicants, as full training is available.

Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Care Assistant, your role will include:

* Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

* Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times

* Assisting with meals, hydration and nutrition

* Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Recording care notes accurately (paper or digital)

* Following care plans and reporting any concerns to senior staff

* Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment

Experience

* Experience is welcome but not essential

* Training and support will be provided for suitable candidates

* If you're an experienced HCA, you could potentially start right away, pending satisfactory references.
