Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking to join a well-established and highly regarded residential care home in Broadstone? We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to become part of a friendly and supportive team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older people.

Set within a charming Victorian property in the sought-after area of Broadstone, Dorset, this well-established residential care home offers a warm, friendly, and homely environment for older people.

Surrounded by mature grounds in a quiet residential location, the home is conveniently situated close to a range of local amenities including shops, churches, GP surgeries, a library, and a post office. Excellent transport links are available, with regular bus services providing easy access to Poole and the surrounding areas.

Providing accommodation for up to 17 residents, the home offers a personalised approach to care, enabling staff to build meaningful relationships with residents and deliver truly person-centred support. The dedicated team is committed to promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing, ensuring every resident feels safe, valued, and at home.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:

• Support residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Encourage social interaction and participation in activities.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for residents and visitors.

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

• £13.00 per hour.
