Umbrella: £305.93 - £331.10 / day PAYE Basic: £231.00 - £250.00 / day ( Holiday Pay) Notice Period: 1 Month About the Role We are seeking a motivated Healthcare / Diagnostics Specialist to join a global leader in medical diagnostics based in Burgess Hill. This 12-month contract position offers an exceptional opportunity to support critical healthcare operations, diagnostic solutions, and customer service delivery.
This role operates on a flexible hybrid working model , requiring 2 to 3 days per week on-site at the Burgess Hill office.
Key Responsibilities Provide operational, technical, or administrative support within a fast-paced medical diagnostics environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and commercial units to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation control, and regulatory compliance across assigned diagnostics workflows. Support ongoing projects and operational improvements within the UK diagnostics division. Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Ideally up to 3 years of hands-on experience within healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or a related regulated industry. Location & On-Site Attendance:
Able to commute to the Burgess Hill office a minimum of 2-3 days per week. Notice Period:
Available to start on no longer than 1 month's notice .
Skills:
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
