Situated close to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs, this welcoming care home enjoys stunning harbour views and provides high-quality residential care within a warm, friendly, and homely environment. With excellent transport links to both Poole and Bournemouth, the home is conveniently located close to local shops, a hairdresser, bank and other community amenities.

The home offers accommodation across 54 spacious en-suite bedrooms
, alongside comfortable lounges, a bright conservatory overlooking the gardens, and welcoming dining areas where residents can relax and socialise.

As a Care Assistant (Days or Nights), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence while enhancing their wellbeing and quality of life.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and ensure they receive the highest standards of care throughout the day or night.

• Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respect.
• Supporting residents with daily living activities.
• Encouraging independence and participation in social activities.
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns.
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
• Providing reassurance and emotional support to residents.
• Promoting a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding person-centred care.

You will have:

• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
