The Pan Dorset Learning Disabilities Intensive Support Team is recruiting a Band 6 Practitioner to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in the community.
Active in care coordination and case formulation, the post provides clinical guidance to junior staff and contributes to service development, audits and quality improvement within the MDT. DBS check required; visa sponsorship not available.
