Cera is seeking a Care Assistant in Poole, Bournemouth & surrounding area. You will support people recently discharged from hospital, helping them recover at home and reduce NHS pressures. The role includes personal care, companionship, and helping with daily tasks, with shifts across early and late times.
We offer a range of benefits and encourage applicants who can commit to 3 shifts per week, with weekend flexibility. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.
