Business Systems & Reporting Specialist (Transitioning to Data & BI Specialist) | Poole | Up to £50,000 | Office Based

• Exposure to ERP implementation and modern data platforms

• Supporting and maintaining existing business systems, including ERP, BI, PIM, and integrations
• Developing and maintaining operational and management reports
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues across multiple platforms
• Assisting with data integrity checks and ad-hoc analysis
• Collaborating with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth system performance

• Strong experience in business systems support and reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and queries
• Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools (dashboard design essential)
• Understanding of integration tools and data flows

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Fabric
• Exposure to API integrations and automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
