How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Manage the renewal process for a substantial and diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including those with large and complex needs.
  • Take ownership of your book of business, focusing on renewing existing client accounts and ensuring tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Identify and act on cross‑sell opportunities to help clients access a broader range of services and grow your portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, showcasing your interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Negotiate competitive terms with insurers to meet your clients’ objectives.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated new business team to support client acquisition and development.
  • Work closely with a team of Account Handlers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Handle account queries and credit control matters, resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns when necessary.
About You
  • You’re working towards or hold a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII).
  • You have a strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, as well as knowledge of the London Market, Lloyd’s, and the wider industry.
  • You’re detail‑oriented, with excellent administrative skills and a focus on accuracy.
  • You’re passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building lasting relationships.
  • You’re proactive and driven, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You’re eligible to work in the UK and are open to travel as required.
Compensation And Benefits
  • Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
  • Defined contribution pension scheme, which Gallagher will also contribute to.
  • Life insurance, which will pay 4× your basic annual salary, which you can top‑up to 10×.
  • Income protection, we’ll cover up to 50% of your annual income, with options to top up.
