Skilled Baker – Poole

Full‑time on‑site position in Poole, offering career growth and flexible hours.

You will be required to be available 12–16 hours per week, within the following windows:

• Sunday 07:00–17:00
• Monday 03:00–07:45
• Tuesday 03:00–11:00
• Wednesday 03:00–11:00
• Thursday 03:00–11:00
• Friday 03:00–11:00
• Saturday 03:00–11:00

Base pay starts at £13.38 per hour
, rising to £14.59 per hour for locations inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Bake scratch products in waves, ensuring freshness and minimal waste.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Adhere to food hygiene, safety and allergen guidelines.
• Check emergency stop buttons, perform safety checks before operating machinery.
• Report issues to the Shift Leader/Team Manager.
• Dispose of waste responsibly following recycling routines.
• Understand store performance and contribute to service, sales, and profit.
• Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as needed.
• Build rapport with customers, making them feel welcome.
• Make independent decisions that are right for customers.
• Work well within a team, communicating openly.
• Be punctual, well presented and represent the brand.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
