This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, improving confidence, and ensuring training is delivered consistently and professionally.
What the Training Manager role will include:
- Delivering training both on-site and in-house.
- Creating and updating clear, easy-to-use training materials.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all training-related queries.
- Working closely with Service, Sales, and Engineering teams to plan training activity.
- Gathering feedback and improving training programmes over time.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting training activity to management.
- Experience in a training, coaching, or learning-focused role.
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
- Confident communicator with strong organisation skills.
- Comfortable creating training materials and using Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
