Training Manager

Holt Engineering are looking for a Training Manager to lead and deliver engaging training for employees at a well estabilshed Manufacturing busniess.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, improving confidence, and ensuring training is delivered consistently and professionally.

What the Training Manager role will include:

• Delivering training both on-site and in-house.
• Creating and updating clear, easy-to-use training materials.
• Acting as the main point of contact for all training-related queries.
• Working closely with Service, Sales, and Engineering teams to plan training activity.
• Gathering feedback and improving training programmes over time.
• Keeping accurate records and reporting training activity to management.

For the Training Manager role you will need:

• Experience in a training, coaching, or learning-focused role.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• Confident communicator with strong organisation skills.
• Comfortable creating training materials and using Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
