This Operations Manager  is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, resolving daily challenges, monitopring KPIs and ensuring everything operates efficiently.

This is suited to someone who thrives on structure, momentum, and day-to-day problem solving. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining service levels and supporting a busy team during a period of increased demand.

As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily warehousing, distribution, and logistics activities
Managing stock control and monitoring inventory accuracy
Leading, motivating, and supporting Warehouse Managers, Team Leaders, and Operatives
Maintaining communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
Monitoring quality, delivery times, and efficiency on a day-to-day basis
Resolving operational issues promptly to uphold service levels
As an Operations Manager, your experience will include:

Previous experience within warehousing, distribution, FMCG, or a high-volume manufacturing environment
Proven analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Manging and understaning the KPIs. and reporting upwards on them
Experience working with a wide range of SKUs and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
Proven people management skills with the ability to keep teams focused and productive
Strong communication skills, with confidence in dealing with suppliers and internal teams
Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities in fast-moving settings
A track record of staying calm under pressure and meeting operational deadlines
