Operations Manager

We’re Hiring – Branch / Operations Manager (Lift Engineering). We’re looking for a commercially aware lift professional to take operational control of our service and repairs division and help drive the next phase of our growth. This role sits at the centre of the business — responsible not just for engineering performance, but for profitability, client retention, and operational efficiency. You’ll be overseeing engineers, managing service delivery, supporting technical escalations, and ensuring contracts are performing commercially as well as technically.

You’ll need to be decisive, accountable, and comfortable owning operational performance.

• Strong lift engineering background (service / repairs essential)
• Experience managing or supervising engineers
• Commercial awareness — margins, repair conversion, cost control
• Confident supporting complex fault diagnosis when required
• Working knowledge of LOLER, BS EN 81 and compliance standards
