We are seeking a full-time Contracts Manager to join our team in Dorset, in an on-site capacity. The Contracts Manager will oversee contract agreements, manage client relationships, and coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients & subcontractors, ensuring excellent communication and problem-solving as necessary.

• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and project coordination
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Proficient in communication & problem-solving
• Knowledge of industry regulations and practices in carpentry or construction
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with terms and legal regulations
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools for managing projects and contracts
