Budwood, part of the Polaris Community, seeks a Dual Residential Registered Manager to lead two solo children’s homes in the Poole area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or an existing Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge with two services.
You will lead day-to-day management, safeguarding, staff development and ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Budwood policies, while collaborating with authorities to achieve excellent outcomes.
