RNLI in Poole seeks an experienced leader to head Safety Learning & Insight, turning learning into action to improve safety performance across the organisation.
You will oversee safety learning reviews, intelligence products and reporting, shaping governance and performance metrics with a strong emphasis on Human and Organisational Performance and just culture.
This role offers the chance to work with volunteers and staff to strengthen resilience and learning across RNLI.
