Multi‑Skilled Operative – Ryvita
We are on the lookout for a Multi‑Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products.
This is a permanent and full‑time position based working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday (including paid breaks). We operate a 3‑week shift rotation; your team and line manager rotate shifts at the same time.
Starting salary for this role is £13.10 per hour, increasing to £14.35 per hour once you complete different training levels.
Key Accountabilities- Operate machinery to agreed parameters.
- Work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures.
- Demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met.
- Follow all quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP) legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards (e.g., BRC, IFS, Femas).
- Ensure that all downtime weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately.
- Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with technicians for technical faults.
