A large meat manufacturing site is looking for a Factory Manager to drive operational performance, culture, and customer delivery in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment.
You’ll lead
* Multi-department production teams
* KPI delivery across yield, labour, waste, and service
* Technical and audit readiness culture
* CI and operational improvement programmes
* Senior stakeholder reporting
You’ll likely have
* Senior leadership within meat or high-risk food manufacturing
* Strong operational grip and presence on the factory floor
* Experience leading large teams
* Ability to balance people, product, and profit
