Late Shift Production Supervisor

We are recruiting for an experienced Late Shift Production Supervisor to join a busy food manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee hygiene operations, maintain food safety standards, and support a dedicated late shift team.

This position is based in Poole and working between the hours of 5pm-2:30am Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities for the Late Shift Production Supervisor:
Lead and supervise the night hygiene team to ensure cleaning schedules are completed.
Coordinate cleaning activities across production areas and equipment.
Conduct hygiene inspections and pre-operational checks before production.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, procedures, and audit requirements.
Maintain accurate hygiene records and report any hygiene or safety concerns.

What you will need for the Late Shift Production Supervisor:

Previous hygiene or sanitation experience within food manufacturing.
Experience leading or supervising a team.
Good understanding of HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
