Production Operative
We are looking for a general production operative to join a busy, fast‑paced belting production workshop based in the Hamworthy, Poole area on a standard dayshift.
Main Responsibilities- Ensuring the department maintains a high level of throughput to meet customer demand.
- Meeting expectations of quality.
- Remaining flexible to assist across multiple finishing disciplines.
- Following company health & safety procedures.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong team player.
Day Shift 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. 37.5 hrs/wk

Holiday1.66 days holiday per complete calendar month worked for the first year (maximum 20 days in the first full year), rising 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years of continuous service. Birthday day off (subject to conditions).

Relevant ExperienceMinimum 1 year similar experience required.
