IMI plc in Poole is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will independently develop, prove and optimise manufacturing processes across product life cycles.
You will collaborate with Design Engineering, R&D and Production to industrialise products safely, cost‑effectively and with a focus on Lean methods, DFMA and process capability.
This role requires strong problem solving, cross‑functional communication and attention to detail to drive continuous improvement.
