Production Engineer (Progression to Production Manager)

£45,000 - £55,000 + Career Progression + In-House Training + Company Benefits
We manufacture high-precision filtration equipment for major clients such as Balfour Beatty and BAE Systems and are in a pivotal growth phase.
Working in a Monday to Friday role within a family-run business dedicated to innovative filtration systems for industries including oil & gas, power generation and pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities- Operate and program a range of CNC machines (CNC Millers, CNC Turners, mill/turn centres, sliding head machines).
- Work with Star, Mazak and Hurco CNC systems using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls.
- Use CAD/CAM software (Fusion
360, Solidworks) throughout the production process. - Perform general production duties and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Production Engineer or similar role experience.
- Proficient in programming and operating CNC machines.
- Hands‑on experience with CAD/CAM software such as Fusion
360 and Solidworks. - Desire and capability to progress into a Production Manager role.

Salary is a guideline; final remuneration will be based on experience, qualifications and skill set.
