IMI Thompson Valves in Poole is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Team Leader to guide a shift team in both standard and non-standard machining operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, delivery and performance while developing a skilled workforce.
You will drive production targets, continuous improvement, and world-class manufacturing standards, with a double-day shift pattern (2 weeks earlies / 2 weeks lates) as a key requirement.
