CNC Miller/Turner (Day Shift) | Perm | Poole (BH17)

I am recruiting for a CNC Miller/Turner (Setter/Operator, Level
2) to join a well‑established engineering manufacturer working across maritime, automotive and aerospace projects.

• Contract:
  
  Inside IR35
• Rate: £17.50 to £18.00 per hour
• Hours:
  
  39 per week, overtime paid at time and a half
• Core working hours (must be worked):
  Mon to Thu, 9:00am to 4:00pm
• Typical day shift pattern: start 7:00am to 8:00am, finish 4:00pm to 5:00pm (flexi‑time around core hours)
• Friday opening: 8:00am to 12:00pm (where needed to fulfil hours)

• Setting and operating CNC milling and turning / mill‑turn machines
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Producing components to spec, checking own work, and completing quality inspections
• Keeping a tidy and safe work area and working to site processes

• CNC setting and operating experience (milling and turning)
• Confident reading drawings and working to tolerances
• Quality focused and comfortable with self inspection
• Sector experience in maritime/automotive/aerospace is a bonus

This site is ITAR‑controlled, so nationality eligibility applies (NATO countries).
