Test & Pack Operative

Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Test & Packing Operative to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based near Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment who enjoys working with precision products and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Working as part of a friendly production team, your responsibilities will include:

• Testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Packing products carefully and accurately for dispatch
• Completing basic paperwork and production records
• Carrying out visual inspections and identifying any faults
• Following work instructions and quality procedures
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working closely with production and quality teams to meet customer deadlines.

• Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment, or the desire or willingness to learn
• Experience in testing, inspecting, or packing products
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity and a methodical approach
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Monday to Thursday working pattern – enjoy a long weekend every week
