Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a Shift Manager in Poole to take ownership of shift safety, productivity and team performance. The role operates on a 3-week rotating pattern (earlies, afternoons and nights) with the autonomy to make critical decisions that matter.
Lead from the front, drive improvements, enforce HACCP and food safety standards while building a high-performing team and coordinating recruitment and training to meet production goals.
