South West Recruitment in Poole is seeking a Trainee Mould Machine Technician / Operator to join our production team. You'll learn to set up and programme specialist moulding machines, maintain equipment and help ensure safety and quality on the line.
Full training will be provided, with a clear path to a long-term engineering career within a well‑established cable manufacturing business. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:30 and Friday 8:00–13:30, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
