Location: Poole, Dorset - based at one of our client's Poole shipyards, including Willis Way
Contract: PAYE Contract
Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30

Overtime paid at x1.5 |
30 days hol. (including bank holidays)

Our client is a global leader in luxury yacht manufacturing, renowned for world-class craftsmanship, innovation and attention to detail. Based on Dorset's stunning south coast, their shipyards in Poole and Portland produce some of the world's most iconic luxury yachts.

We're looking for skilled Carpenters to help create high-end yacht interiors, from luxury cabins and kitchens to bespoke bathroom furnishings. Working with premium materials, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional finishes that define the brand.

• Joinery and furniture assembly
• Working with materials including plywood, softwood, vinyl and leather
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Using power tools and workshop equipment
• Supporting high-quality fit-out and finishing work
• Working closely with production teams to meet build schedules

• Proven carpentry or joinery experience
• Experience with in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms or bespoke interiors
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Bench joinery experience
• Scribing experience
• Experience working with CNC machinery
