Job Type: Full-Time (6 months on-going)
We are recruiting an experienced Marine Paint Sprayer to join a skilled team working on luxury yachts. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing flawless, high-quality finishes to premium marine standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming.
- Apply primers, topcoats, and clear finishes using spray equipment.
- Mix paints to precise specifications.
- Inspect and rectify paint defects to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Maintain strict quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Proven experience in marine or high-end automotive paint spraying.
- Good knowledge of marine coatings and spray systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and finish quality.
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Desirable:
- Experience working on luxury yachts or super yachts.
- Spray painting or coatings application certification.
