As a Trainee Plater, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing metal components through cleaning, degreasing and masking
• Assisting with the operation of electroplating tanks and process controls
• Inspecting parts to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
• Supporting routine maintenance of plating equipment
• Accurately recording process information and completing documentation

As a Trainee Plater, your experience will include:

• A strong and reliable work history demonstrating commitment and consistency
• A genuine willingness to learn a new technical skill and develop within manufacturing
• A methodical approach with good attention to detail
• Confidence working in a hands-on, practical environment
• Previous exposure to manufacturing, engineering or workshop settings (advantageous, not essential)
