Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes has an exciting opportunity for a Weekend Mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer for one of our manufacturing clients. The Engineer is required to undertake mechanically biased maintenance on traditional engineering equipment, both reactive and planned.

The Role:

Within the remit of the role you will be undertaking electro-mechanical maintenance on a range of machinery on site. The role is split between planned and reactive maintenance within the facility, and all engineers will be actively involved in helping set up PPM's weekly and installation work on a project basis. You will get to work on all equipment within the factory.

The will revolve around front-line mechanical maintenance as well as working in the workshop (fitting, welding, fabrication, light manual machining) and so experience working in a pressurised maintenance role is required. You will also take on planned maintenance activities.

Requirements:

- Mechanical Maintenance background – Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PumpS

* Worked within manufacturing or similar

* Happy working over the weekend

* Welding experience (ideal)

* Mechanical apprenticeship or similar
