• Leading and motivating a production team to meet daily targets
• Allocating tasks and monitoring workflow across the shift
• Monitoring quality and ensuring standards are maintained
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Reporting on production performance and escalating issues promptly
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or supervisory environment
• A full UK driving licence, with your own transport
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Strong communication skills across all levels of a team
