• Build and test bespoke and stock products to defined quality standards
• Work on precision components used across aerospace and defence sectors
• Solder and assemble items to tight tolerances using a range of techniques
• Use test equipment to check and confirm functionality
• Follow workflow instructions and learn to read technical drawings

• Confidence using hand and power tools, perhaps from a college or university course
• An interest in technology, whether that's building PCs or general tech tinkering
• Experience as a model maker (Warhammer, Airfix, or similar), comfortable with small components and following detailed instructions
• A background in an electrical or mechanical environment, looking to upskill
• No prior professional experience required, just a genuine hobby or transferable skill to point to
