Contract Length: 6 Months (extension possible)
Pay Rate: £14.47 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Wiring Technician to join a busy manufacturing and engineering team on a 6-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician with experience in electronics assembly, wiring, testing, and prototype builds to work on innovative products within a technical manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will support the manufacture, testing, repair, inspection, and development of electronic equipment while ensuring all work is completed to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, test, repair, and inspect electronic equipment to relevant specifications and standards.
• Manage assigned batches of products through manufacture, test, and repair processes.
• Record and capture quality data accurately.
• Carry out testing procedures using appropriate electronic test equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of test results and inspections.
• Assist with the creation and modification of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly documentation.
