Through-Hole Solderer – Poole £13ph+ DOE | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Week | 3-Day Weekend | Immediate Opportunity

Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for an experienced Through-Hole Solderer to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based near Poole.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced solderer looking for a stable long-term role with an excellent work-life balance, working just four days a week with every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

The Role As a Through-Hole Solderer, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out high-quality through-hole soldering to IPC standards
Assembling electronic components onto PCBs
Inspecting completed work and maintaining high-quality standards
Working from technical drawings and production instructions
Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
Supporting production targets and deadlines👷 What We're Looking For
Previous experience in through-hole soldering
Strong attention to detail
Good manual dexterity
Ability to read and follow technical drawings
Experience working to IPC standards
IPC certification is preferred but not essential
Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
A good attitude and strong work ethic⭐ What's On Offer?
