Team Jobs are working with a well-established manufacturing company in Poole who are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Press Brake Operator / Workshop Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary & Benefits:- £30,000 per annum
- Permanent position
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- Supported training and development opportunities
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
- Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
- 39.5 hours per week
- Operating CNC machinery including Press Brakes, Guillotines and Turret Punches
- Producing aluminium and galvanised metal trims and flashings
- Manufacturing bespoke profiles from customer specifications and technical drawings
- Checking finished products meet the required quality and specification
- Supporting other areas of the workshop when required
- Ensuring machinery and working areas are maintained safely
- Previous sheet metal fabrication experience is essential
- Experience operating Press Brakes and Guillotines
- Ability to confidently read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Health & Safety awareness
- A positive, hands‑on attitude
- Experience with CNC Turret Punches, fibre laser cutting or powder coating would be an advantage.
