If you're a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, improving processes and working with advanced CNC technology, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.

You’ll join a high-spec, precision engineering environment where your technical expertise and ideas can make a genuine difference. Working across 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining, you'll have the opportunity to shape manufacturing methods, improve efficiency and support the introduction of new products - all while working alongside experienced Production and Quality teams.

• Programming 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines
• Developing tooling plans, setup sheets and manufacturing methods
• Improving efficiency, quality and cost performance
• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating closely with Production and Quality teams

• Strong experience in CNC programming and precision machining
• CAD/CAM experience - ideally Fusion 360 or similar
• Experience with in aerospace, defence or high-precision engineering
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• A proactive, analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills
