A long established Structural Steel company near Christchurch Dorset, is looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their expanding workshops on a permanent basis.
This role will involve predominately MIG welding. Experience of TIG welding would be advantageous but not essential.
Hours: Standard, full-time contracted hours: 06:30 - 16:00, Monday
- Friday (can start earlier if desired)
About the Company:
Design, manufacture and construct high quality steel structures including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars and their electro-mechanical doors, warehouses, grandstands, multi-storey buildings, car parks and bridges, as well as defence equipment, manual and electric roller shutter doors, windows and curtain walling.
- The role will be on a 12 week probationary basis and to start ASAP
- CSCS card is beneficial, not essential.
- Starting Salary is competitive depending on experience
- Hourly rate will increase further following probationary period and possibly sooner depending on skill level.
- Standard, full-time contracted hours: 06:30 - 16:00, Monday
- Friday (can start earlier if desired) - Overtime is available and ideally the candidate should be open to working additional hours
- Overtime is paid after 39 weekly hours at x1.3 and x1.5 on a Saturday morning
